•CONTACT METHOD: Anything (AIM - nccgqmf, plurk - nccbamf, e-mail - iamrah at gmail, DW PM) are all fine with me, but I personally prefer AIM or e-mail for anything that requires more conversation than "tag here plz."
•THREAD-JACKING: PLEASE DO SO, I love thread-jacking.
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: No, absolutely not.
•BACKTAGGING: Yes, but I would prefer to find a way to wrap up anything older than a couple of weeks.
•AVOIDED TOPICS: Fire (used in a destructive way, i.e. burning someone's room/things) is a personal trigger for me so please don't.
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Fraser isn't actually that big (he's of slightly above-average height, around 5'11" or 6', and somewhat broad-shouldered), but tends to give off the impression of being large and can seem imposing. He has short black hair, blue eyes, and pale skin. He has several scars, but only one above the neck, a small gouge by his chin. He rarely lets people see him out of uniform, much less with his clothes off, but in that unlikely event, his two most noticeable scars are a mass of tissue damage by his right collarbone and a gunshot wound on his back. However, he is almost always wearing full Mountie regalia, often complete with hat, and never less than impeccably pressed and polished. He has perfect posture at all times. He speaks with a noticeable Canadian accent and is extremely mannered in his speech, even a bit old-fashioned. He smells of leather and neatsfoot oil.
Fraser is constantly accompanied by his half-wolf Diefenbaker, who looks like a small-ish white wolf.
•DEMEANOR: In public, Fraser is very polite and rather stiff. He obsessively follows (and enforces) the rules, including the code of basic politeness. He never lies or seemingly does anything out of order. He doesn't seem to understand certain social cues or slang, and he can be very awkward around women his own age. There are times he'll seem more comfortable with Dief than with actual people. He might be seen, at times, to smell the air, or even crouch down to taste something off the floor.
•ABILITIES: Technically, Fraser is human, but he's a human at the peak of his capability. He's strong, fast, seemingly tireless, able to withstand severe injuries, extremely smart, able to speak multiple languages, capable of identifying substances by taste and smell, and has the recipes for many herbal remedies on hand. He also has a nearly photographic memory.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: As mentioned above, Fraser has several old injuries. Most notable to medical staff will be the tissue damage, the gunshot wound, and the fact that his right leg has been broken at least twice.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Fraser is actually pretty hard to offend... as long as you don't insult the Queen, the RCMP, or the uniform. Or his friends, but... sometimes they probably do deserve it.
