A warm welcome to our newest arrivals. My name is Benton Fraser, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and I'm a warden here. While I've already been assigned an inmate, I believe it's every warden's duty to assist the Barge community as a whole; so if any of you have a particular need or concern, please don't hesitate to ask.
[Warden Filter: Filtered AWAY from Bob Fraser]
As you may have noticed, my father has come for something of an extended visit. He's a good man, and one of the best Mounties to ever take a posting, and I have nothing but confidence that he'll do this job proud.
That said, he's...
Well, he's... [How does one say "completely insane" without actually insulting the man behind his back? Fraser huffs and thumbs at his eyebrow, uncertain.] ...Well, he's been dead for a while, and his memory, you know...
Just-- it might be wise to take some of his stories with a grain of salt. Uh, particularly the ones about me.
[Filtered to... Dad]
A-ha, this just occurred to me: What do you intend to do about the division of property?
[Filtered to Roy Slater]
How are you today, Mr. Slater? [True to his word, Fraser has in fact sent this question once a day, every day, whether or not he gets a response.]
[Spam for Chromie/Roy/the library]
[...And also once a day, he also takes a brief constitutional to the library. Just to look at books, of course. It's a coincidence that it usually happens to take place during Roy's shift.]
Good day, Ms. Chromie. Is there anything of particular interest on the shelves today?

[He sighs.] Why did you come back here? [It's not annoyed, this time: it's a plain question.]
